The core of the Electric Honeypot Project is humanity. I believe that if we want to build a better world, we must be willing to have difficult conversations to illuminate the shadows we have neglected in the dark corners of our collective closet for far too long. Avoiding problems because they make us uncomfortable to talk about does not make them go away. It helps them grow inside of us and within the world.
Survivors of trauma and injustice were not comfortable living through their experiences. They have not been comfortable navigating the aftermath of what happened to them. They have not been comfortable trying to learn how to heal. They are not comfortable when they find the courage to speak up. They do it with bravery in a world that shames, blames, and guilts rather than holding space with the compassion and love they are worthy of.
The stories told through the voices of survivors are not about your comfort zone. Some people may want to deny the ugly side of being a human, that does not mean it does not exist. I believe healing is most affective when survivors are given space to be seen, heard, and felt. I want to have a conversation with anyone that wants to talk and be a warrior of light shining into the darkness with me.
Let's take a stand together.
My personal struggles include grief, neglect, narcissistic abuse, religious trauma, sexual trauma including during childhood, domestic violence, police brutality, disability, substance abuse, suicide attempts, and murder. I stand in solidarity with survivors of any of these experiences and with those of adversities and traumas I do not have experience with.
I want to hear your story no matter what it is you want to talk about. I want to provide a space for you to be seen and heard whether you want to be on camera, audio only, or allow me to tell your story for you. You can remain anonymous if that is what you need to feel safe. Sharing is on your terms and time, and I am here for you when you are ready, however it looks.
Your story could inspire someone else's healing or help them feel less alone. Peer support could help you find new perspectives and tools you may have missed. You don't have to carry the weight alone. We are stronger when we come together to support one another.
Your life has purpose. Your story matters. Your voice matters. Your existence matters.

This project is heart-based and not about money. I do not agree with placing a paywall between deeper human connection and healing. The work that I do is donation based.
With that being said, I do need the work that I provide to also provide for me to continue to focus on helping others. I have given services for free for several years leading up to the creation of this website, but I do believe what I have to offer is valuable to the world even if it does not meet the societal expectations of what work is.
Donations are never expected but always appreciated.
My long-term goal is to found a non-profit and operate a mobile podcast studio and living space from a converted sprinter van where I can travel to meet the people I have conversations with. I believe in person connections where we can feel each other's energy are more impactful than communication through a cold screen.
Donations will go towards operational costs and bringing this dream into reality.
